Could not be happier and prouder of this group of individuals! State champs forever once again. 1939,1950,1992 and now 2011. Way to go big macs. Next year looks to even be a better team cannot wait.
in reference to the nearly blasphemous comments regarding my beard. It is true that I grow a beard for religious purposes, sort of a humility symbol, but I do not pride myself of being holy only attempting to remain spiritual in my walk through life constantly remembering the sacrifices I believe Jesus made for all of us. the truly important thing about this photo is that everyone in it is on our awesome state championship team from 9th grade and up except for the man to the extreme right who obviously has made the choice to serve our country putting himself in the position for the ultimate sacrifice anyone of us can make, to lay down our life for what we believe in and for the freedom of others! God Bless america and God Bless the big macs.
Chris, Glenn & the boys,

ReplyDeleteI have no idea who the Marine is, possibly Sgt. Slaughter. It looks like Chris invited half the arena to be in the photo.

ReplyDeleteI think it is the Jr High Coach at Canon-Mac. He is a holy and spritual man.
