Canon-McMillan coaches and wrestlers celebrate Dario Dobbin's crucial 7-3 decision over Central Dauphin's Nick Varndell in the 145-pound bout of the PIAA Class AAA Team Tournament Friday at the Giant Center in Hershey. The Big Macs snapped CD's state-record 95-dual meet winning streak and can win their first team tournament title by defeating Erie McDowell in today's (1 p.m.) finals.
Zach Thomas another memorable moment....wow! What an amazing team!
ReplyDeleteLooks like "dozens" were on hand to witness the moment...

ReplyDeleteGood job boys. Big win tonight... Good luck in championships....
ReplyDeleteNo it's not Jick Jackson , it's Super team 12-14 am. What a victory and a well deserving one . Great job guys!! ... Bring back the one we've been waiting for .. Chris you look great in the picture..
ReplyDeleteJick
ReplyDeleteGive us your prognostication for the finals. It's time for redemption.
I just am not that impressed. An all star team should beat a high school team.
ReplyDeleteTo the idiot that posted before the tournament that canon Mac would not win because they don't have a 132 or 145. Im not sure what you understand about wrestling but Krenzelak and Minor won that match for the big macs last night!! You always want you guys to win their match, but losing close to the caliber of wrestlers that they wrestled is what wins team championships!! The team individual title is a foregone conclusion because of the top guns, but to win a team title takes a team effort and you say a prime example last night!!! Way to go big macs!!!! You made the entire town proud!!!
ReplyDelete9-49 am , we didn't think you would be impressed but who cares about you . Good job Macs 1- more time ...
ReplyDeleteNe one got ne update on Cody klempay...
ReplyDeleteHe's fine and good to go just sore.
ReplyDeleteKlempays injury was an excuse for not scoring a major
ReplyDeleteI think CM could bet Penn State.
ReplyDeleteWhen did CM hire Ralph Kramden as the Head Coach?
ReplyDeleteIs that Ed Norton gazing down in disbelief from the fifth row?

ReplyDeleteActually, as I understand it, the "dozens" in attendance begrudged the fact that nepotism is alive and well!
Jick Jackson looks like a "Where are they now?" photograph of Theodore "The Beaver" Cleaver!
ReplyDeleteThe dozens were envious of benefits given to relatives? Did someone get free tickets or something? Elaborate please.
ReplyDelete10:05...obviously, they won despite the problem weight-classes, not because of the two classes in question.
ReplyDeleteJust be thankful the talented Mr. Wiercioch arrived or you would be crying again...Obviously, he was difference maker this year, not the double loses in the lesser weight classes...
We got em you don't ! Good job CODY.Now go win a state title .You sure look good in blue and gold .
ReplyDelete@10:05
ReplyDeleteWhether klempay gets a major or not they still won the match! Keep Hating!
I spy Jick Jackson...
