He wrestled at Oklahoma State.
Scott won his title at Oklahoma State and did so with the fastest pin in NCAA Division I Championship history. You are thinking of Josh Koscheck.
I know he wrestled at Oklahoma Stat. My mind is melting.
Scott wrestled at Okla.St,and Koscheck wrestled at Edinboro. In any case a pretty great honor to be inducted into at a great event. By the way C-M Fans another pair of brothers from Cbg will now have wrestled at the classic come Sunday. Nick and Mike Catalano. Myself and my big bro Rich, and Keilan and Romy O`Daniel. Not braggin just think it`s pretty cool that these families as well as others get to be apart of this event and i just want to acknowledge some of the great people that i`ve had the pleasure of knowing and calling freinds. Anyway Congrats to Coleman Scott and the rest of the HOF Class. Lookin foward to Sunday, Should be a great time.
Yep both Coleman and Koscheck are national champions that wrestled for Waynesburg. Has Canon-Mac ever had a national champ?
Sylvester Terkay was a national champion from canonsburg. Albert Miles of Canon McMillan also won a national title a few years ago at pitt johnstown
Miles was in division ii
Bucky Maughn and Joe Soloman were NCAA champions, from CM
Waynesburg's other Div 1 national champ was Tom Alberts. Wrestled for Pitt in the mid 60's.
Anon so what that Albert won a d-2 title. Thats a hell of an accomplishment. A title is a title.
Agree with Dami. re. anon post 4:48 national champ at college level div 1 or div 2, how is that not an awesome accomplishment. We should be applauding ALL the W.Pa wrestlers that win a title, not just your locals.
