Great start to the wrestling season. Lots of very good wrestling; Top 3 teams look solid. 132lb bracket was stacked. SS Academy has lost a lot of talent. Looking forward to a great season.

2011 Ironman: Austin Matthews (Reynolds, 138) - 3 Videos: Quarters, Semis, Finals

http://www.dtenwrestling.com/2011/12/ironman-runner-up-austin-matthews.html

** We took a trio of videos of Jimmy Gilibon of Derry as well that will be up shortly. I will post the link. We only had 2 teams from D10 at Ironman so we tried to get in all of the PA kids we could film-wise.

He is a very great competitor like our Austin Matthews, unfortunately they were both pinned in the finals. They both have Hershey Gold on their mind for sure though.

good call nose. I didn't do to bad either. my picks were 1- pt, 2- usc, 3- butler, 4- ch. If ch has full team it would have been a lot closer at the top.

This is just the next step for the Peters wrestling program. Thousands of hours were put into this building effort, none more important than those by Mike Buckiso who ran this program for many years and kept these kids together and pushed them to reach their potential. Great things are ahead for Peters wrestling, remember Buck for what he has meant to this program.
