Big Macs go 5-0

Canon-McMillan High School kicked off the wrestling season by capturing all five matches in the Greenville Duals Saturday.

The Big Macs defeated Shaker Heights, 57-18; Meadville, 55-12; Greenville, 52-13; Brookville, 39-16; and Cochranton, 70-6.

Winning all five bouts for C-M were Brendan Price (113), Dalton Macri (126), Josiah Hritsko (132), Alec Hutchin (138), Malachi Krenzelak (145-52) and Nick Konyk (170). Defending state champion Solomon Chishko went 4-0, sitting out one of the matches.
