Fundraiser at C-M
The wrestling community in Western Pennsylvania is gathering Saturday for a clinic and exhibition matches to raise funds for the Adam Frey Foundation.
The WPIAL NCAA National Champs Camp, along with numerous exhibition bouts, will be held at Canon-McMillan High School.
The clinic begins 12:30 p.m. and run through 4 p.m. The exhibition matches begin at 4:30 p.m. and will continue until completion. Cost for both clini and exhibition matches is $30. Those wishing to just watch the matches will be charged $15.
Cornell University wrestler Adam Frey has been waging a public battle with cancer for more than a year and a half. Frey is a native of Pittsburgh.

12:30 p.m.: Clinic with past NCAA champions Teague Moore of Oklahoma State, Robbie Waller of Oklahoma and Damion Hahn of Minnesota, plus NCAA All-Americans Ray Brinzer of Oklahoma State and Iowa as well as Jason Robison of Edinboro. Participants should bring workout gear.
4:30 p.m.: Exhibition matches, featuring some of the finest recent collegiate wrestlers originally from the WPIAL. Wrestlers from the following colleges are expected to compete: Boston University, Bucknell, Clarion, Duquesne, Lehigh, Maryland, Mercyhurst, Missouri, Notre Dame, North Carolina, Pittsburgh, U.S. Naval Academy, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Washington & Jefferson, and West Virginia.
