eric kemp was a senior last year.
You Forgot Nick Sofranco from Derry, 171. He almost made states as a 10th grader when they were AA, last year he got hurt at sections (shoulder) still qualified for wpials wrestled one match against mcwreath and was obviously in pain and defaulted out. very tough, should be ranked top 5 in wpial right now. As for the other post he is right Eric Kemp was a senior last year.
Coach Mary,
Please let the boys eliminate for a position on the team instead of just picking who you like. Wrestling is the only sport left that you can challenge for a spot on the team. Don't let that spirit die. You need to make kids eliminate to earn a spot on the team. You also have a lot of nerve letting Mike Hull wrestle when he wants to and not when he wants to.
I know you want to win a WPIAL title but its not fair to the boys who come everyday.
100 Chris Mary's wouldn't make one Dave Cook. Cook would never let a kid do whatever he wants just because he was a real good wrestler. How stupid will it be when somebody falls on Mike Hulls knee and his football future at Penn State is compromised so Chris Mary can have his WPIAL title.
CM Coach is now trying to get their 171 pounder out from last years team. He didn't come out this year because he doesn't need all the BS from the CM coaches. But Chris is still trying to get him to come out and take the place of a kid who has been there from day one. Bobby stick to your principles and tell Chris Mary Thanks but no thanks.
Kiski should be ranked in the top 5 in the wpial this year. great balance and senior top heavy.
