Mcdermitt is defending champ and didn't lose to Howard this year. How is Howard ahead of Mcdermitt? Plus Howard ducked Mcdermitt.

I'd like to rank them 1 and 1-A but I don't do that. The two will meet in the postseason at some point and settle it.

What reasoning do you have that puts the DEFENDING CHAMP at 2? Are we missing a Howard victory over Mcdermitt? Plus Griffiths finished higher than both of them at Hershey and he is 3. Who knows?

I ranked Gavazzi because I was not completely sure he was out until after the rankings were released on the blog. I didn't want to have one set of rankings on the web, another for the paper.
