Brownlee transfer

When the Sam Brownlee transfer from Mt. Lebanon to Canon-McMillan was denied by the WPIAL and PIAA, most people were scratching their heads over the seeming double-standard that appeared to exist, including me. But there were other issues and my column discussed why I changed my mind about the transfer.
