ROMMES LOST TO TOTH 4-0. VAHALY LOST TO TOTH 4-1. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE THEY ARE PRETTY EVEN TALENT WISE. EVEN HEAD TO HEAD ROMMES ONLY MANAGED TO WIN 2-1 WITH A LAST SECOND REVERSAL. IT WILL BE FUN TO WATCH THESE TWO BUT, I THINK YOU BETTER WORRY ABOUT TOTH AND THIS ELIAS KID IF ROMMES THINKS HE IS GOING TO ADVANCE TO STATES.

SOURCE FROM CM SAYING THAT HULL DOESN'T HAVE HIS HEART IN WRESTLING THIS YEAR.

Did you see the pg's rankings? Mike White sure is the S.S. Acadamy smoocher now isn't he. Hey Rommes your ranked higher than Vahaly in the pg. Maybe you should switch newspapers. Quit whinning about the opinions of a handful of journalists. Were all sick and tired of hearing about it. Instead of worrying about Vahaly maybe you should figure out a way to beat Toth and Elias. Toth has spanked you twice now and Elias is just as good if not better than Toth.

A clarification. The next time Mike White does wrestling rankings for the P-G will be the first. Ken Wunderley does those rankings and has done an admirable job covering wrestling for that paper, and others, over the years.

Joe,

Whoever does them are ranking the kids closer to Pittsburgh higher than our boys back home here in Wash. County. Personally I think he looks at your rankings then puts the Pittsburgh kids higher to please his audience.

IF ROMMES COULD CARE LESS THEN HE WOULDN'T BE ON THE BOARD IN THE FIRST PLACE. SECONDLY, HE WOULDN'T HAVE TRIED TO SMASH TOTH'S HEAD INTO THE MAT WITH HIS BACKSIDE AND ALMOST GET DQ'D AT HIS OWN TOURNY.

Hull's heart has not been into this sport since he lost to Jordan Enk in the state semi finals in 08. I'm surprized he even came out this year, all that talent.......

He was in the match against Jordan Enk and severely sprained his ankle couldn't continue and defaulted out and took 6th. His heart is not in it because of his football career at Penn State and all the HS all star games he is playing. Hull will be playing on national TV every week next year going to BCS title games in his 4 years at PSU possibily winning big 10 titles for football and "maybe" go pro. And you want him to put his heart into wrestling. Is your name Mo Ron?

1. I am not Rommes, do not know Rommes personally. I am from Burgettstown though. Rommes is at school, not reading the OR.
2. There was never a warning, point or threat of a DQ. I was in attendance. You are a Lieabetic.

Scott Mckillop wrestled his senior year. He too had a full ride for div 1 football (pitt) and now plays for the 49ers. What makes Hull so special.

Where is Jeremy Ellis of Waynesburg at 171? He is the Cradle King of Western PA. He hit a stumbling block on 1-28 against Perry Hills of Central Catholic, but he is still one of the best.

Rommes isn't posting on the board and never has posted on any board in his life. He wrestles every match the same; and if you knew him, you would know that he isn't the type of kid to take cheap shots. He just wrestles hard, as do all varsity wrestlers. One thing is for sure, he doesn't taunt or perform like Toth did after the 2 of them wrestled at Charleroi - - classy (not). Burgettstown coaches would never stand for that. Toth may have won, but let's face it, all of his matches with Vahaly and Rommes have been close, he's hardly running away with it.

Dirty Grillo

Little Grillo was the last wrestler to pin Hull and he did it twice. Little Grillo was awesome. Tarley is 250 plus and just too much for Hull now who isn't ready to wrestle somebody like Tarley. gaffney would beat hull too. could gaffney beat tarley? what to you think on that one Dirty Grillo? who would win?

Gaffney would pin Tarley too.
I can't wait till Garrey gets back to pipe these Tarley clowns down like Burgettstown piped down Char Houston. The Bucs were dominated in that match. They were never even in the match.

Dirty Grillo,

Tarley whupped Garry twice and he'll do it again. Now you are telling me Gaffney would pin Tarley. That would be an interesting match but I think tarley would win. I guess you just don't like Tarley. Tarley will go on to play baseball or football at the next level anyway.

To all the Rommes fans and b-town lovers out there. Just trolling like you said on the post above. no hard feelings. He still needs to worry about Toth and Elias though.

Do ranking even matter? Honestly, Rommes and Vahaly shouldn't expect 1st or 2nd place at WPIALs and should just fight this out in the 3rd and 4th consy final.

Rommes is a junior and should expect 1st or 2nd place and not worry about a 3rd ranked wrestler because he has been opposite of Toth in the brackets. Both Vahaly and Rommes are good but Toth seems to have both there numbers. They both need to focus on #1 not #3. If they meet and have to fight it out so be it. But, if they were my child I would be helping them to find a way to win it all. They both are close. They just havn't learned how to get over that hump of beating the best in the division. It may turn into a psychological problem in the future if they can't figure out Toth's secret to his success. A little tip for both wrestlers. "A good defense can beat a defensive wrestler" wrestle defensive to the last period and unleash the boom then. Anything can happen. It seems as though he waits for you guys to make mistakes. Make him make a mistake by wrestling his style.
