Walking the halls of the Giant Center, coffee, more coffee, little bit of food, tylenol and stress so bad it would test the best of hearts. Lost 7 pounds in three days,(I don't recomend my methode of dieting.) Texts and calls from good friends and reasurance from are close coaching friends made this experience one I hope to do again. I thank you and my family thanks all of you, who screamed in the stands, yelled at your radio, jumped out of your computer chair and nocked your keyboard over and fist pounded in the air as you watch Cody complete his freshman season.

EW,

We cheer for Cody when he wins and we boost him up when he loses which looks like it ain't gonna be too often. We also cheer for all the boys who made it to states too. We love all of our Charleroi wrestlers and wrestlers from all of our western pa teams who are good sportsman and have come up through the midget programs and JO's. We are sort of like a big family and most of us respect the sport. EW what about that 175 lb linebacker or tailback? C'mon please let Cody play football!

Cody does say every once in a while he misses the sound of a clean high velocity tackle. If I said yes he would jump at it, that was then. Now, he might think twice. This kids world has opened up to a point neither of us would imagine. In 4 months time went from a JO stand out to Wrestling USA, has him as #3 top freshman Sophmores in the nation. In the all class rankings He is #22 in the nation at 152. Then I read in another post on here, that Sanderson commented on PA's under classman's talents and that Cody was under his and the assistant coaches radar sorta speak. If Cody was a freshman when little David ripped the ball away from Bishop Canevins quarterbacks grasp and ran to the only TD of the game, that team, I would have said yes.

He has in the past would tell me he misses the sound of a solid hit. I think his frame of mind has changed after the last 4 months. If Cody was a freshman when little David ripped the ball away from Bishop Canevin's QB and ran for the only TD, I would have said yes, expecially that team and staff. Not to go into great detail, I came across a post that Sanderson commented on the tenasity of PA's under-classmen that he and is coaches have a eye on Cody. I looked into that one and it's true. I got a Wrestling USA mag today and Cody is ranked #3 freshman-sophmores in the nation. The all class rankings have him #22 in the nation and there are two wrestlers above him that went 160 and 145, which I think would put him at #20. Chris Price will turn him into a mover and shaker this spring and summer, olympic style lifting and wrestling will keep him busy.

EW,

You post all you want my friend. We know it was a double post so no big deal. I am interested in learning about the olympic lifting style though.

Well, all I can say is, lifting off the bench will not be one of are styles of lifting. If you think about it if you are on your back in this sport that is not a good thing. Why lift in that position. I don't allow C to sleep on his back. LOL. "I can joke now" and it feels good!
