Why use that particular photo? Not the most flattering to the westler, nor to the refs, and frankly not to some of the people in the first row.

In response to 2:22. Actually, I watched the whole match between Kwasney and Piper. One of several great matches I witnessed on the day. Piper was leading the whole time, and I believed he would win the match. However, with 30 seconds to go and the score, 3-0 Piper, from a neutral position, gets taken down straight to his back, resulting in a two point take down, and, at the least, two back points. With score, soon to be 4-3 or 5-3, Piper, about to get pinned, calls injury time from his back to prevent the pin or eventual loss. For the record, the Waynesburg coach, who is excellent, I might add, had no formal grievance or score or calls during the match. I even video tapped the match and several others if anyone is interested.

2:22 Anonymous...It's a long season and WPIAL AAA 132 is loaded...Your son will have plenty of time to prove himself. Tri-CADA has little bearing on the season as a whole.

These are the Top 5 in Triple A at 132. Plenty of to competition to find his signature win.

Mackenzie McGuire, Upper St. Clair Josh Shields, Franklin Regional Ethan Kenney, Connellsville (11-4); Derrick Evanovich, Peters Township Kevin Synan, Hampton (12-3
Jesse Rodgers, N. Allegh (18-2) Tyler Reinhart, Greensburg (26-2)

Congrats Corey Great win against a very tough Nate Grandelis. Maybe you anonymous guys could talk about what a great match it was instead of cowardly insulting the kid. I Know the Garry family and they are a great bunch of people. Again congrats to Corey and all our fine local wrestlers. I support em all not just C-M.

J. Dami.

You can accuse me for being anonymous but you would too if you didn't leech off of CM's success.

you and your son are no part to CM's success. you commenting and acting high and mighty by putting on your name and acting as your better than anyone else is laughable. start posting anonymous because no one wants to hear your BS anymore, nor are you nothing but a leecher from the better kids who make that program success.

I am not sure who posted these negative comments on here but I assure all of you it was not the Piper family. Congrads to Kwansey. I don't know who posted that comment about piper losing and frankly don't care. I think it is funny someone did though. I also think it is funny that someone came back bashing the Piper family(waynesburg alum). Piper is a freshman and in a very rough weight class at 132. Being a freshman and being able to wrestle some of these great kids is wonderful for Shane. There is a difference in weather you are a freshman or senior though. To the poster waynesburg alum whats your post say about you the way you are talking about a young wrestler. Honestly me and my family could care less what you say about us. I wish nothing but the best for this young man(kwansey). As far as the injury time that was legit. So again I wish people knew all the facts before they assume things and open their mouths. By the way if (Piper)is going to say something it will not be anonymous it will have my name on it. Being anonymous is the cowards way of doing things. One final note I could not agree more about the waynesburg coaches. They are all very knowledgeable, great, honest coaches. The Pipers

Joe ,there are a lot of un-happy people out there . No job, no girl friend , lousy marriage and just plain miserable with no life . What do they do , take it out on kids. They take it out on someone else's kid because their jealous. You can read the frustration thru what they print . They have no guts and no character . Just watch what they come back with. Can't stand having anyone else have some success , it kills them .

Big Dego/Big Dummy

3rd Grade...

1. Remember this phrase...I before E except after C.

2. Google this: Dangling Participle.

3. Learn the difference between there, their, and they're.

Write a coherent sentence and people will respect what you write and give a reasoned response. In the meantime, we will weed through your grammer and spelling snafus, dedicating as much time to reasoned discourse as you dedicated to writing a comment in the first place. None.

From what I gather, you say people attack kids on here because they are jealous. I disagree. For the most part, from what I have read, people are very careful not to say anything negative about the wrestlers. There are obvious disagreements between parents, referees, coaches etc, but rarely is there an attack on a wrestler.

Speaking of "a life". You said that your son doesn't even wrestle for Canon-Mac and that you are from Ohio. Why spend an ounce of energy defending a program for whom your son doesn't even compete? You come here time and time again defending CM's honor after one encounter at a at tournament? I don't understand it, quite frankly. Very odd. Canon-Mac has an excellent program, nobody will dispute that assertion. Of course they will be criticized here, it is the nature of competition. Thus, if your only purpose here is to defend Canon-Mac, I assure you, they will be fine without you written defense. Your position on the matter is noted. How is your son's team faring this season? Also, you rarely praise Blair Academy. Would you not want your son to attend Blair Academy as well? Why the loyalty toward CM and not Blair?

To 2.08 pm Bad gramar or not ,I must of hit a nerve with you.? Does your son attend Blair? Why are you defending them ?. What's the love affair .? I knew there were some sore losers down there but you take the cake son. If you have a love affair with Blair that's your business . I made a statement that I thought CM was a great program with great coaches .Sorry that offended you so much. I didn't realize I was being judged on here by you Ann landers. As far as dangling participle goes don't know what that is . Sounds to me like that dangling participle describes you to the tee.

Fantastic! I love " thru" myself. Let me preface this with, I did not read the deleted posts. How can a topic that has nothing to do with CM end up with the defenders of the faith posting about jealous haters and such? It's kind of funny that when CM is not even mentioned we are ever so graciously reminded that hatred and envy are abound and lurking around every corner. I think the appropriate word is sycophancy... I think but I'm not sure because I am just plain miserable with no life.

11:35 your way off line my anonymous friend. Proud of seeing kids that i have watched grow up (including my nephew Mark) into one of the best teams ever would be a far stretch from leaching on to the success the program is having. I don`t get high and mighty as you suggested. I Support all the area programs.Maybe enjoy the sport and talk about the sport. I`m happy with the career i had many years ago,But we`re talking about now.

I can understand someone forgetting and printing a cuss word or something, but does it really happen this often? I don't actually know anyone who cusses or slanders enough to fill up those deleted posts. And why won't anyone reign themselves in on the condescension? It's a picture of a fort cherry wrestler after a match. someone sais they don't like the picture. which natuarally leads to people demeaning each other over their love for canon mcmillan. Bad BAD reading.

"Yes, I read them all."

They don't pay you enough.
